This website, uxvena.com, is operated by UXVENA, a brand of Grupo Bizzotto ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.

Products and descriptions

We work hard to show our products, colors and measurements accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. Products are made by third-party manufacturers and are shipped to you by our fulfillment partners. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, check fit and condition before each use, and never leave a pet unattended in a vehicle. Our products are accessories and do not replace professional safety equipment or veterinary advice.

Prices, availability and orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Items marked "Sold out" cannot be ordered. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item becomes unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times are estimates and are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Discount codes

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. Our welcome code is valid once per customer, only on a first order, and only for the email address that signed up to our newsletter.

Intellectual property

The UXVENA name, logo, text, images and design of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Reviews and messages

If you send us reviews, comments or photos, you confirm they are truthful and yours to share, and you allow us to display them on our site and social media.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
